On May 2, 2024, we proudly hosted a successful webinar titled “The Avatar’s Symposium: Harnessing Elemental Powers for SM/IS Capstone Triumph”, which attracted around 190 attendees, including students, faculty, and administrators from BulSU-CICT, and other esteemed guests. This event, held via Google Meet and streamed on Facebook, became a dynamic platform for sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration among students in SM and IS.
The Avatar’s Symposium marked the culmination of our internship program and was organized by Results Marketing Partners, in partnership with Kabayan Marketplace Solutions. It provided us the opportunity to showcase our skills and share our experiences with younger students, covering critical topics such as capstone documentation, client communication, research trends, and innovative strategies for success. The event was a success thanks to the Avatar symposium team: Gerome Tayao, Renz Marion Del Rosario, Joana Marie DC. Faustino, Ma Socorro Burabod, Angeles Sarlyn Yna, Clyde Perater, and Xander Donneille Ballais. A special thank you goes to our mentors and managers: Sir Stanley Stauffer, Ma’am Lovely Cruz-Stauffer, and Ma’am Jennifer Segarra at RMP for their unwavering support. We were also deeply moved by the encouraging messages from Dr. Josephine Bayonito, Engr. Evelyn Samson, and Dr. Digna S. Evale.
